The Chinese company Huazhi International Holding Group presented an economic development plan for Falcón state in Venezuela, focusing on the construction of an export platform in the Paraguaná Special Economic Zone (SEZ). This project aims to position the region as a strategic hub for international markets and includes transformations in port, airport, industrial, scientific, and technological sectors.

The proposal was submitted to Governor Víctor Clark and the National Superintendent of SEZs, Johann Álvarez. Both emphasized the plan's potential to diversify the economy and promote prosperity in the medium term. Clark announced that the regional government and the National SEZ Superintendency will work together to evaluate and implement the necessary measures in the short term.
