Scientists from Cuba and China have strengthened their ties with the signing of a new collaboration agreement in the field of neuroscience. The Shanghai Center for Brain Science and Brain-Inspired Technology and the Center for Neuroscience of Cuba have entered into this agreement, supported by the Municipal Commission of Science and Technology of Shanghai. Collaboration deepened following a visit by Cuban scientists to Shanghai, where they exchanged experiences with their Chinese counterparts in the field of neuroscience. The Cuban delegation was led by the President of the Academy of Sciences of Cuba, the Director of the Institute of Neurosciences, and the Director of the China-Cuba Joint Laboratory for Neurotechnology in Chengdu, who held discussions with their Chinese counterparts and visited renowned academic institutions in this field.
