The Chinese government has donated syringes, needles, and hospital supplies to the Bahamas to help protect the population from Covid-19 and other natural disasters. Chinese Ambassador Dai Qingli expressed his satisfaction with the growing relationship between the province of Hunan and the island of Grand Bahama, and stated that collaboration will continue in areas such as health, agriculture, industry, and entertainment. Bahama’s authorities thanked China for the gesture, highlighting the kindness and ongoing support of China towards the people of the Bahamas since they established bilateral relations in 1997.
